Sales Mix Extraction Tool

Heads Up! The downloaded Excel file will appear as "corrupted". Click "Yes" to repair the workbook and enable editing afterwords. Everything will show up.

Instructions:

Generating a General Sales Report (GSR):

Visit SiteWatch Web and login.*
Select the location drop down and click "All Sites", or alternativley use Site Groups to filter out certain locations.**
Go to Financial Reports > General Sales and run a report for your desired time period.*
Once the report is generated, click the export button and choose the CSV file format with the option to Split Data By Site enabled.
Click export, and then upload the exported file to this extraction tool below.

Generating a Sales Mix Report:

Generate a GSR for a period of time longer than one month. The period should be whole month(s).
Upload the GSR to the first file upload option below.
Upload a second GSR to get variance on the KPIs between the two GSRs.

Automate Appending Information to an AWP Databook:

Generate a GSR for a period of exactly one month.

The script will check and make sure the GSR and Databook are compatible. You can disable this using the setting above.

Check-mark the option to append the data to an AWP Databook
Upload the GSR to the first file upload option below.
Upload the AWP Databook you want to append the data to the second file upload option below.

* You will need to have certain security roles in SiteWatch to be able to use this tool. Consult with your manager if you believe that you should have access to this tool and the required security roles in SiteWatch to login and generate these reports.

** Site Groups are configurable in SiteManager. Ideally you can use these to group information together for locations. Ex: Legacy Stores (NoECOM) would be the four original stores with out any ECOM stats.

Override workbook input validation? What does this mean?

This will skip checks ensuring:

Your GSR report covers exactly one month.
The start and end dates are in the same year and month.
The report's month matches the next empty slot in your AWP workbook.

Skipping these may lead to errors or incorrect data loaded into the databook.
